Edinburgh Extension & Loft Conversion

This project involved a full house remodel, with modern extension to the rear and loft conversion providing a stunning master suite. .

On the ground floor, the house was extended to the rear, creating an amazing open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family space, with full height glazing and sliding doors opening out into the garden. The roof of the extension projects out to provide shelter to the decked area, creating an outdoor entertaining area.

A new Utility was formed and other rooms converted into Bedrooms and a new stair to access the 1st floor.

The loft space was converted, with dormers to the front and rear, to create space for a Master Bedroom suite, with En-suite and Dressing Room. Eaves storage was built into the design, to maximise storage and use of space.

The design and materials were chosen to contrast the existing house, with dark brick and timber cladding providing a modern design elements.
