Fountainhall New Build Garage

We were recommended to the client, by a mutual friend, to provide architectural services and oversee the construction of a new build garage, with ancillary accommodation above.

Looking to replace an old garage, our client was looking for something more than just a standard garage.

The new garage provided parking for 2 cars, a workbench area, a separate pass door to the rear, double doors to the garden. Above the garage, we formed a separate annex, complete with Shower Room, to provide ancillary accommodation to the main house.

A combination of modern design and traditional materials were blended to create a stunning ancillary building.
