Albyn Architects obtained planning to demolish an existing bungalow and build 2 new build detached homes on a plot in Peterculter.

The existing bungalow was demolished, and 2 new build detached houses were proposed.

House A was designed over 3 levels, providing accommodation for 4 Bedrooms (2 En-Suite), a large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family space, separate Living Room, Utility and Playroom/Office, with WC, on the Basement level, opening out to the garden.

House B was designed over 2 levels, providing accommodation for 4 Bedrooms (2 En-Suite), a large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family space, with doors opening to the garden, separate Living Room, Utility and Cloakroom WC.
