Westburn Flat Refurbishment

Refurbishment of a city centre flat, providing a modern and luxurious space

Albyn Architects provided the architectural drawings to alter and refurbish this city centre flat. The property had been rented out for the last 20 years and although it was in good order, it was in need of an upgrade.

A new Kitchen was installed, open to the Living room, with a separate work space created - essential for those working from home. A new Shower Room was fitted with an area for laundry. A feature wall of panelling was added to the bedroom, to provide a touch of luxury. The rest of the property received new flooring, electrics, lighting, radiators and decoration throughout.

Once all the finishing touches were made, the flat was rented out and was off the market within a couple of days. This demonstrates the power in investing in your property.
