Woodstock Loft Conversion

Converting your loft can be a great way to add additional Bedroom and Bathroom space. Creating a compliant stair access to permit the use of the top floor.

We were contacted by a couple looking to convert the existing loft space of their period home, creating a new stair to provide access to an additional bedroom and shower room.

During the Feasibility Study, we looked into various options to demonstrate the space and layout of the proposed designs. Once a preferred design/layout was chosen, we obtained a cost estimation for the building work from one of the builders we work with.

Once the client was happy to move ahead, we obtain the planning and building warrant approvals, obtained competitive tenders and appointed a contractor to carry out the works. We oversaw the construction works, ensuring the client was happy right through to the completion of the project.
